1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of my apps or visiting this website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and use my mobile applications on a device you own or control.
• Access and browse this website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Services, or to collect and use any product listings, descriptions, or other content for any commercial purpose.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any app.
• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and other materials within the Services are my exclusive property or used under license, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

You may not use my name, logo, or any branding associated with the Services without my prior written consent.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, as specified).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.

6. User Content

If any of my apps allow you to create, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant me a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

I do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

My total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid me (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
